This project creates an ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC)facade system for Gemdale Group's high-end sales office,reshaping thebuilding facade with minimalist aesthetics and superior performance.Thethickness of UHPC plate is only 20-30mm, and the strength is 5 times that ofconventional concrete, realizing the ribless design of 6m large slab, takinginto account both light texture and impact resistance. Preciselyprefabricated hollow textures and matte surfaces give the building high-endcustomization details，weather resistance up to 100 years and zeromaintenance costs.The innovative process perfectly matches Gemdale'sconcept of "scientific home building", achieving a landmark model of theintegration of artistry and functionality.
